These Terms govern your use of the Verity Advisory website and outline the basis on which we provide our services. They are provided in both English and Chinese; in the event of any inconsistency, please contact us for clarification. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
Nature of our services
Verity Advisory is an authorised advisory firm assisting clients with the Malaysia Premium Visa Programme. Where we act as your appointed agent, the specific scope, fees and responsibilities are set out in a separate written engagement agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in respect of that engagement.
No guarantee of outcome
Approval of any application is determined solely by the relevant Malaysian government authorities under official regulations, which may change. While we pre-screen thoroughly to maximise certainty, we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome, processing time, or approval.
Fees and government charges
Government participation fees and the fixed deposit are paid to the relevant authorities and institutions, not to Verity, and are subject to official regulations. Our service fee is separate, fixed and set out in your engagement agreement. Figures shown on this website are indicative and may be updated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any contrary provision in your engagement agreement.
