The journey

Six stages, with us throughout.

From the moment you engage us to the day you collect your pass, every stage is planned and handled for you. We stay beside you at each step — so you can focus on what this means for your family.

Approximately 60 working days to conditional approval
01

Engagement & consultation

We begin with a private consultation to assess eligibility, clarify your plans and formally appoint us as your agent.

02

Pre-screening of documents

Before anything is submitted, we review every document in full — surfacing and resolving any issue early to maximise certainty.

03

Preparation & certified translation

We coordinate the preparation, certified translation and notarisation of every document, in full compliance with Immigration requirements.

04

Submission to Immigration

We lodge the complete application with the Malaysian Immigration Department on your behalf.

05

Approval · deposit · medical

On conditional approval, we accompany you to place the RM1,000,000 fixed deposit and complete the medical at a designated hospital.

06

Visa collection

The final step: collecting your 20-year PVIP pass — the journey complete.
